EQS-Ad-hoc: GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft / Key word(s): Change in Forecast Due to a very positive operating performance in the first 9 months and expectations for the remainder of the financial year 2024, GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft is raising its guidance for the financial year 2024 based on preliminary figures. The company now expects the EBITDA margin before restructuring expenses to increase from previously 14.9 to 15.2 percent to 15.4 to 15.6 percent. The guidance for organic sales growth of 2 to 4 percent and for ROCE of 32 to 35 percent for the financial year 2024 is confirmed. The company will publish its complete statement for the 3rd quarter on November 6, 2024.
