Sleep Number Names Amy O'Keefe As CFO

(RTTNews) - Sleep Number Corp. (SNBR), a bedding products manufacturer, Tuesday announced that it has appointed Amy O'Keefe as its next chief financial officer, effective December 8.

She will be taking over from interim finance chief Bob Ryder who stepped in after the previous CFO resigned from the company in July of this year.

O'Keefe has over 30 years of experience in leading operational, strategic, and financial transformations across public and private companies in the consumer products, technology, and wellness sectors and was most recently the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Avaya.

Additionally, the company reaffirmed its guidance for fiscal 2025 and continues to expect net sales to be approximately $1.4 billion and gross profit margin to be approximately 60 percent with adjusted EBITDA to be around $70 million.

In pre-market activity, SNBR shares were trading at $5.86, up 1.91% on the Nasdaq.
