EQS-Ad-hoc: CERDIOS SE / Key word(s): Investment CERDIOS SE: Acquisition of shareholding Vaduz, July 10, 2024: CERDIOS SE (ISIN: LI1358444548) announces that an agreement has been concluded today with Synthetica AD for the acquisition of 46,925 shares (9.95%) in IFM Fund Management AD, Sofia, Bulgaria. The purchase price will be paid through the issuance of 250,000 shares in CERDIOS SE at an issue price of EUR 1 per share. The aforementioned transaction is subject to the condition precedent of approval by the Annual General Meeting.
