The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to achieve maximum total return through investing primarily in publicly traded equity securities (or equity based derivatives) of United States issuers. The investment horizon is long term, though opportunistic shorter term investments, as discussed below, are contemplated. The Sub-Fund’s ability to achieve the investment objective is subject to various independent risk factors including changes to fiscal, financial or commercial regulation, national and international political, military, terrorist and economic events and third party investment performance.
