The Fund is a multi-manager, multi-strategy fund that seeks to achieve its investment objective by allocating its assets to a select group of discretionary sub-investment advisers (“Sub-Advisers”) that employ a variety of investment strategies. In seeking to meet its investment goal, the Fund implements a tactical asset allocation program by investing in a number of alternative investment strategies (each an “Investment Strategy” and collectively the “Investment Strategies”) which is overseen by the Fund’s Investment Manager.
