There can be no assurance that the Sub-Fund will achieve its investment objective. The Sub-Fund seeks to avoid, where possible, capital losses over the recommended investment period of five years or longer, however it may exhibit short-term fluctuation. Subject to the investment restrictions specified in Appendix 1 to the Investment Conditions, the Sub-Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in equity and fixed income securities and instruments and to a lesser extent in other securities, as further described below under Permitted Investments & Techniques. In addition, the Sub-Fund may be (indirectly) exposed to the economic risks of assets classes such as commodities, insurance-linked strategies, hedge funds, private equity or real estate. The Sub-Fund does not pursue a specific sectoral focus.
