The Sub-Fund has no Benchmark Index and is not managed in reference to a Benchmark Index. The objective of the Sub-Fund is to achieve over the long term a total return as high as possible by investing worldwide (including Russia and the PRC) on regulated markets, mainly in debt securities of borrowers whose credit rating assigned by Standard & Poor's Corporation is not lower than B or its equivalent by Moody's or another rating agency. Where no rating is available for a debt security issue or for its issuer, the Investment Manager may nevertheless invest in such issue up to 20% of the SubFund's NAV after determining that in its reasonable opinion, the risk of default on that issue would be no higher than B.
