So investiert der Steelcoin ETN: The Issuer's business objectives (Unternehmensgegenstand) as stated under Thirdly (Drittens) of its articles of association (Errichtungserklärung) include (translated from the German original): • the trade in metal goods and building materials; • the issuance of its own securities, in particular under the name "STEELCOIN" as ERC20 tokens on the Ethereum Blockchain; as well as • all actions, transactions and measures, in Austria and abroad, which are necessary and useful to the achievement of the company purpose and to the development and economic efficiency of the business, in particular the establishment of branches. Banking business and other activities requiring a licence are excluded.
