VYNE Therapeutics Reports Encouraging Phase 1a Data For VYN202

(RTTNews) - VYNE Therapeutics Inc. (VYNE) Monday announced positive results from Phase 1a study of VYN202.

The Phase 1a study was a two-part, dose-escalation study in healthy volunteers to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of VYN202.

Results from the multiple ascending dose (MAD) portion of its Phase 1a SAD (single ascending dose)/MAD study showed that VYN202 demonstrated a favorable safety and tolerability profile with no drug-related adverse events.
