The investment objective of the Sub-Funds is to track both the upward and the downward evolution of the MSCI ACWI IMI Millennials ESG Filtered Index (the “Index”), denominated in US dollar (USD) and representative of the performance of a select set of companies from the MSCI ACWI Investable Market Index (IMI) (the “Parent Index”) that are expected to derive significant revenues from industries that target the preferences of the “millennial” generation after excluding companies which are Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) laggards relative to the theme universe, while minimizing the volatility of the difference between the return of the Merging Sub-Funds and the return of the Index (the “Tracking Error”). The anticipated level of the Tracking Error under normal market conditions is expected to be up to 2%.
