The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve before fees and expenses an excess return over a benchmark reflecting the performance of EUR-denominated, investment grade floating-rate notes with a maturity of up to three years through investment in fixed income securities. Investment Policy In order to achieve the investment objective, the Fund will adopt a Direct Investment Policy, which is actively managed (as described in the Prospectus under the heading "Direct Investment Funds following an active approach") against the iBoxx EUR FRN Investment Grade 0-3 Capped Index as a performance benchmark (the “Performance Benchmark”). The Fund may achieve its Investment Objective via a “low Active Share” approach, meaning that the composition of the portfolio of the Fund may not substantially differ to the composition of the Performance Benchmark.
