The Fund is a feeder fund of ERSTE DIGITAL ASSETS (the master fund). The Fund invests at least 85% of its assets in units of ERSTE DIGITAL ASSETS (the master fund) on a permanent basis. Because the Fund invests permanently and primarily in the master fund, which in turn invests predominantly, in other words at least 51% of it assets, in the information technology and communication services sectors (“digital assets”) directly or indirectly through investment funds or derivatives, this fund type is directly exposed to similar price fluctuations as the master fund. The master fund’s focus on digital assets also includes cryptoassets. Investments in cryptoassets are only made indirectly and may not make up more than 25% of the master fund’s assets in total. The physical delivery of cryptoassets is not permitted.
