Investment Policy The Portfolio will seek to achieve its objective by using the Investment Manager’s proprietary quantitative models to select: (i) securities for purchase; or (ii) securities for disposal by the Portfolio, in order to allocate all or substantially all of its assets in accordance with the Portfolio’s strategy. The strategy involves taking long positions primarily in relation to U.S. companies which, in the judgment of the Investment Manager, represent an opportunity for investment gains.
