The investment objective of the Fund is to invest in a diversified range of short-term instruments with the aim of maintaining capital value and liquidity whilst producing a return to the investor in line with money market rates. The Investment Manager believes that its investment practices will enable the Fund to achieve its stated policy although this cannot be guaranteed. The Fund shall invest in accordance with the policies outlined in the section below entitled “Permitted Investments”. The Fund promotes environmental and social characteristics by aiming to achieve an ESG score of its portfolio greater than that of its investment universe.
