The sub-fund aims to have a higher ESG score, calculated as a weighted average of the ESG scores given to the companies in which the sub-fund has invested, than the weighted average of the constituents of the FTSE EPRA Nareit Developed Net Total Return Index USD. The sub-fund invests in normal market conditions a minimum of 90% of its net assets in equities issued by companies related to the real estate industry and/or eligible closed ended Real Estate Investment Trusts (“REITs”) or their equivalents. Whilst the sub-fund will primarily invest in developed markets, it may also invest in Emerging Markets.
