The Sub-Fund invests, for at least two-thirds (2/3rds) of its assets, in bank deposits, money market instruments (including short-term ABS/MBS which may represent up to 15% of investments), bonds, other fixed or floating-rate debt securities and short-term debt securities of governmental and/or corporate issuers rated BBB or above by the rating agencies described in paragraph 3.2 or of equivalent quality in the opinion of the Investment Manager. Up to one-third (1/3rd) of the Sub-Fund's assets may be invested in convertible bonds. Up to 20% of the Sub-Fund's assets may be invested in Coco Bonds.
