The Portfolio will invest directly in China A Shares through the Stock Connects and through the qualified foreign investors (“QFI”) regime, and indirectly, mainly through investments in equity-linked securities issued by international investment banks and also through equity and debt securities of the types, which may be issued by entities which are managed by affiliates of the Sub-Investment Manager. The Portfolio may also invest directly in the China B Shares market.
