At least two-thirds of the Subfund’s net assets are invested worldwide (including Emerging Market Countries) in equities and other equity-type securities and rights (American depository receipts [ADRs], global depository receipts, profit-sharing certificates, participation certificates, dividend rights certificates, etc.) of companies which are considered to be value stocks. The value stocks are determined by the investment manager on the basis of fundamental criteria such as price/book ratio, price/earnings ratio, dividend yield and operating cash flow.
