Bluefield Solar Income Fund H1 Earnings, NAV Decline, Lifts Dividend Target
(RTTNews) - Bluefield Solar Income Fund Ltd. (BSIF.L) Thursday announced a sharp fall in first six month earnings compared to the prior year, while pre-taxm total comprehensive income was reduced from the prior year.
The London-listed income fund focused on acquiring and managing renewable energy and storage assets has raised its dividend target to 8.90 pence per share from actual target of 8.80 pence per share.
Total comprehensive income before tax was 1.632 million pounds, compared to 3.991 million pounds, a year ago. Total underlying earnings declined to 40.443 million pounds from 43.936 million pounds last year.
For the first half ended December 2024, the company reported earnings per share of 0.27 pence per share, compared to 0.65 pence last year. Total underlying earnings per share available for distribution was 6.39 pence, compared to 9.53 pence in the previous year.
The Net Asset Value or NAV declined to 126.03 pence from 135.95 pence last year.
