So investiert der EQT Nexus Fund SICAV - NTIF ELTIF Class R EUR-Z Fonds: The fund seeks to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns and medium-to-long term capital growth by investing in a variety of ways, including through: (i) making capital commitments to EQT Infrastructure Funds and, in certain cases, participating in the secondary market to acquire existing interests in established EQT Infrastructure Funds (“Fund Investments”); and (ii) participating in investments alongside EQT Funds in respect of certain of such EQT Funds’ portfolio investments (“Co-Investments”). • NTIF ELTIF aims to achieve its investment objective by investing, directly or indirectly, all or substantially all of its assets through an Intermediate Vehicle established as a Luxembourg special limited partnership (société en commandite spéciale), for the purpose of indirectly holding the Fund’s investments. Intermediate Vehicles may make investments through special purpose vehicles or other investment vehicles.
