Life Time Group Reports Q4 Prel. Results Better Than View; Stock Up In Pre-market

(RTTNews) - Shares of Life Time Group Holdings, Inc. (LTH), a lifestyle brand, were rising more than 8 percent in pre-market on Thursday after the company reported preliminary fourth-quarter results higher than last year as well as analysts' expectations. The company also provided fiscal 2025 revenue outlook above view.

Life Time Group expects net income in the range of $31 million - $33 million for the fourth quarter, up from $23.7 million reported a year ago.

Excluding one-time items, adjusted income is expected between $52 million and $56 million compared with $38 million last year.

The company sees EPS of $0.14 - $0.15 and adjusted EPS of $0.24 - $0.25 for the quarter. This compares with EPS of $0.12 and adjusted EPS of $0.19 last year.

Revenue is expected between $661 million and $663 million, up from $558.8 million in the previous year.

Analysts expect earnings of $0.16 per share on revenue of $643.74 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

For fiscal 2025, the company sees revenue in the range of $2.91 billion - $2.97 billion. The consensus estimate stands at $2.88 billion. Net income is expected between $262 million - $269 million, about 75 percent year-over-year growth.
