Lufax Names Jia Liu CFO

(RTTNews) - Lufax Holding Ltd. (LU), a technology-empowered personal financial services platform, on Friday announced the appointment of Jia Liu as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 16, 2026.

Liu previously served as chief capital operations officer and CFO of CITIC aiBank Corp. Ltd. (0998.HK) from February 2020.

The company previously announced that Tongzhuan Xi had resigned as CFO effective July 25, citing personal work arrangements. The company said there was no disagreement with the board.

In the pre-market trading, Lufax Holding is 1.67% higher at $0.9000 on New York Stock Exchange.
