Amylyx Pharmaceuticals Prices Offering Of Approx. 17.1 Mln Shares At $3.50 Per Share

(RTTNews) - Amylyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (AMLX), a Massachusetts-based biopharmaceutical company, Friday announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of around 17.1 million shares of common stock at $3.50 per share, expected to raise around $60 million.

The gross proceeds, along with existing funds, will be utilized to support commercialization efforts, pipeline development, working capital, and general corporate purposes.

Additionally, the company plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase upto about 2.58 million more shares at the same price, minus underwriting fees.
