Gold.com CFO Cary Dickson Steps Down, Appoints Jill Van As New CFO

(RTTNews) - Friday, Gold.com, Inc. (GOLD) announced that its Chief Financial Officer Cary Dickson has decided to step down from the position, effective September 18, 2026.

Dickson will serve as a Consultant to the company for the 12 months immediately following his retirement.

Following this, the company has appointed Jill Van as the new CFO.

Van currently serves as Executive Vice President and Controller of the company.

Concurrently, the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of KPMG LLP as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027.

In pre-market hours,GOLD was trading at $46.30, down 1.38 percent on the NYSE.
