Seer CFO David Horn Steps Down

(RTTNews) - On Monday, Seer, Inc (SEER), announced that David Horn, the Company's President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, will exit the company, effective October 1, to pursue a new opportunity at a private company.

Charles Endweiss, currently Seer's Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, will become Treasurer, principal financial officer, and principal accounting officer effective October 1, 2026.

Seer CEO Omid Farokhzad said David has been a key member of the leadership team for more than six years and helped guide the company through an important period. He thanked David for his contributions and wished him well in his future.

On the Nasdaq, the shares were trading 0.27 percent up at $1.8650.
