Titan International Q3 Loss Widens

(RTTNews) - On Thursday, Titan International (TWI), a manufacturer of off-highway wheels, tires, assemblies, and undercarriage products, reported a wider loss for the third quarter, compared to the same quarter last year.

Net loss attributable to Titan widened to $42.74 million or $0.66 per share from $2.26 million or $0.04 per share last year.

Adjusted net loss was $1.82 million or $0.03 per share, compared to an adjusted income of $2.96 million or $0.04 per share last year.

Adjusted EBITDA from the continuing operations rose to $16.39 million from $20.31 million a year ago.

Net sales dropped to $335.18 million from $357.26 million in the previous year.

CFO Tony Eheli said the company is updating its fourth-quarter and full-year 2026 forecasts to reflect current market conditions, including ITM operations.

Fourth-quarter sales are expected to be $410 million to $430 million, with adjusted EBITDA ranging from break-even to $7 million.

For full-year 2026, the company expects sales of $1.85 billion to $1.87 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $91 million to $101 million.

In after-hours trading, TWI is trading at $4.9100, after closing Thursday's trading 25.83 percent down.
