Vestis Reports Net Income In Q3

(RTTNews) - Vestis (VSTS) reported third quarter net income of $11.0 million or $0.08 per share, compared to a net loss of $0.7 million, or $0.01 per share, a year ago. Adjusted EBITDA was $80.9 million, compared to $64.0 million, last year. Revenue for the third quarter was $661.7 million, compared to $673.8 million in the prior year, a decline of 1.8%.

The company continues to expect fiscal 2026 revenue to be between flat to down 2%. The company expects fiscal 2026 adjusted EBITDA to be in the range of $310.0 million to $315.0 million with a midpoint of $312.5 million, an increase of $2.5 million. Fourth quarter adjusted EBITDA is projected to be in the range of $84.0 million to $89.0 million.

In pre-market trading on NYSE, Vestis shares are up 6.42 percent to $14.75.
