Mercury Systems Extends CEO Bill Ballhaus' Contract Through August 2030

(RTTNews) - Mercury Systems Inc. (MRCY), an aerospace and defense electronics company, on Wednesday announced that it entered into an agreement to extend the employment contract of Chairman and CEO Bill Ballhaus for another three years through August 15, 2030.

The company said Ballhaus has led the company since his appointment three years ago.

The company entered fiscal 2027 with enhanced multi-year visibility and an improving organic growth outlook, supported by execution and demand across its portfolio.

The company reaffirmed its financial guidance previously provided during its earnings conference call on August 18.

In the pre-market trading, Mercury Systems is 1.15% lesser at $86.01 on the Nasdaq.
