Why SentinelOne Stock Is Sinking Today

SentinelOne (NYSE: S) stock is heading lower Tuesday. The cybersecurity specialist's share price was down 4.4% as of 3:30 p.m. ET along with declines of 0.3 % for the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite. The stock had been off as much as 6.7% earlier today.SentinelOne stock is slipping due to a report from The Wall Street Journal that Palo Alto Networks is poised to acquire CyberArk Software. A different report published earlier this month suggested that Palo Alto was going to acquire SentinelOne, so it's possible today's news makes that potential buyout less likely.
